Sr Manager / Manager / Asst Manager - Project Mgmt - Rural Business

This position is for 1) Delhi 2) Pune location

Educational Qualifications required are - Graduate/Post Graduate Business Administration / PMP Certified (Project Management Professional)

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a diligent Team member in Project Management for our supply Contracts. The suitable candidate will prepare project plan and work closely with all the stakeholders to execute the project successfully.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Project Ownership. Act as Single point of Contact for the Project stakeholders.
• Strategy implementation to ensure timely completion of Sub-tasks/Tasks/Project.
• Identify the risks/delays, report at appropriate stage and collectively find alternate plan to mitigate the same.
• Ability to work closely with stake holders at all levels for task fulfilment.
• Project operations within pre-defined/approved Budgets.

The selected candidate will be reporting to Project Head

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• A Leader with quick learning ability of the business. Should also possess Excellent Communication and Critical Thinking skills
• A thorough professional bearing experience to Prepare and monitor the Project plan of supply contract/s.
• Proficient computer skills for effective usage of tools such as M/s. Projects, Excel etc to record the associated tasks and its progress.
• Who is authoritative with ability to ask questions in the benefit of on-time project completion.
• Ability to identify the risks and drive the project as per the committed timelines.
• Adhering project performance and progress within pre-approved Budgets. Seek approvals wherever necessary
• To be a centre point of contact for all the stakeholders including Sales, Product Development, Marketing and Rural team for efficient coordination.
• Should be able to deploy Methodical approach in proposing alternate suggestions/ Ideas.
• Should be resourceful to Work with Back-ups/ Risk mitigation alternate Plan
• Build relationship and trust amongst peers and customers.
• Ability to connect with customer to update the progress at all stages and at all levels.
• Able to travel extensively to the project locations. Knowledge of local language is a must
• Possesses own vehicle, preferably a 4-wheeler.
• Work experience of Project Management in the field of Biomass Sourcing/ Aggregation/ Quality testing will be a plus.
