Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities along with additional in-house project support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute complete end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

- Develop and maintain talent pipeline through various sourcing channels

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screenings with candidates

- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates

- Manage job postings across various platforms

- Maintain recruitment database and applicant tracking system

- Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders

### Candidate Management

- Conduct detailed candidate screenings and assessments

- Perform thorough background and reference checks

- Handle salary negotiations and offer letter process

- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates at all stages

### Additional Responsibilities

- Support in-house HR projects as needed

- Assist with employer branding initiatives

- Help organize recruitment events and job fairs

- Contribute to HR process improvements

- Generate recruitment analytics and reports
