Binary Semantics - Business Analyst - Motor Insurance Segment (5-9 yrs)

Note: Candidates must have experience in Motor Insurance and (Marine, Fire, P&C) domains.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyze and gather requirements in the BFSI domain with a focus on Motor and other General Insurance lines.

- Act as a Business Analyst/Business Consultant to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions.

- Apply business analysis methodologies to translate business requirements into product-specific designs, detailed requirement definitions, and use cases.

- Work on enterprise-level projects involving 3rd-party integrations.

- Create process flow diagrams, approach documents, NFR documents, and RACI matrices using tools like MS Visio and Excel.

- Support Business Development teams in pre-sales activities and strategic planning.

- Collaborate in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC models during project engagements.

- Leverage basic knowledge of logical architecture and emerging technologies like Cloud and Automation.

- Familiarity with SQL commands (preferred)
