Bim Architect

Bimsrv is urgently looking for Architects with Revit Skills for our Delhi office. You need to have 1 - 2 years of post-internship experience for Junior position.

Candidates with 2-4 years of experience can apply for senior position.

Candidates with an Engineering Diploma or Degree need NOT apply

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Architect at BimSrv LLP. The BIM Architect will be responsible for architecture modelling, creating architectural drawings, GFC, building information modelling (BIM) tasks, construction drawings, and submittals. The role involves collaborating on BIM projects and ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating DD (Design Development) and Construction Drawings (GFC)
• Coordinating with Other disciplines, including Structure and MEPF Teams
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Experience in creating accurate submittals
• Knowledge of Revit software and BIM processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
