BIM Architect

Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Job Profile: BIM Architect

Essential Job Functions:

• Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience as BIM Architect
• Should be well versed with BIM concepts with hands on experience in REVIT Architecture.
• Demonstrable experience of working on high quality schemes is a prerequisite both in implementation and design.
• Experience in Design coordination with multi discipline designers (MEP, Civil, Architecture, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Knowledge in Navisworks would be an added advantage
• Understanding clients requirement, translating the same into an aesthetically and functionally a smart design.
• Should be able to manage the implementation of supporting software for BIM.
• Modifying the designs and making necessary changes.
• Participation in conceptual, schematic and design development, preparing required drawings from the conceptual design level to final construction sets.
• Support project standards and coordination with the customers, manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team
• Should be able to help resolve BIM design issues
• Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility reports to clients.
• Develop project designs in collaboration with external architects and design consultants.
• Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
• Should understand the construction processes, commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Prior experience of working on International Projects would be an added advantage.

Education Qualification:

• Candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering (B.Arch) or similar building design profession.
• Proficient in Revit or similar BIM building software
• Knowledge of Navisworks, Digital Projects or other parametric coordination tools, would be an added advantage.
