Candidates must have their own BIM Machines, Internet Connectivity and Power Backup as it is a work from home job. Rs.5,000/- provided in Monthly Salary as variable component to ensure this requirement.

1. Advanced BIM Modeling: Independently create and manage detailed 2D and 3D models for architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
2. Project Execution: Lead drafting and modeling efforts for complex international projects, adhering to global BIM standards and delivering high-quality outputs within specified deadlines.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks on models, ensuring accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and coordination across disciplines.
4. Team Collaboration: Guide and support junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering knowledge transfer to maintain workflow efficiency.
5. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in modeling practices, enhancing productivity and ensuring seamless integration of BIM processes in project delivery.
6. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback to meet project goals effectively.
