Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - BIM Architecture in Jaipur. As a Team Lead - BIM Architecture, you will supervise a team of BIM specialists, ensuring that the projects are running smoothly, according to the timelines and requirements of the client. You will coordinate with the clients, architects, and construction teams to optimize their construction processes, ensuring that all project stakeholders are aligned and moving towards the same goal. You will work closely with the BIM specialists, ensuring that they are up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments, and mentoring them in their career development. In addition to supervising the team, you will also participate in delivering high-quality BIM modeling and coordination services for the clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil/ Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination services
• Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams of BIM specialists and coordinating with clients, architects, and construction teams
• Excellent knowledge of BIM modeling and coordination software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and construction teams
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Proficient in the English Language.

Experience in sustainable design and construction documentation is a plus.
