Bim Coordinator

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a BIM Coordinator at BIMPACT Designs Pvt Ltd in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of BIM experience, with a strong track record in coordination, client management, and estimation. As the BIM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing BIM processes, ensuring seamless collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality results to clients. This position requires excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing BIM team, ensuring efficient project delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment.

2) BIM Coordination: Coordinate and manage the implementation of BIM processes across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

3) Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

4) Cost Estimation: Lead the estimation of project costs and resources related to BIM tasks, ensuring that all deliverables are completed within budget and on time.

5) Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM with design and construction processes, resolving issues and ensuring the smooth flow of information.

6) Quality Assurance: Ensure that all BIM models meet industry standards and are in compliance with client specifications and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Certification in BIM or related fields is a plus.
