Bim Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure seamless BIM coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cross-Vertical Coordination Collaborate across different disciplines (Architecture, Structural, MEP) to drive integration and ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead a High-Performance Team Manage and mentor a talented team of BIM professionals, ensuring high standards, timely delivery, and top-notch quality.
• Innovation Drive innovation in BIM processes and solutions, shaping the future of project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Mandatory Experience:
• Proven expertise in US Data Centre projects.
• 7+ years in BIM, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Key Skills:
• Strong business acumen and client communication skills.
• Experience managing international projects across Middle East, US, Europe and Australia.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and other BIM tools.
