Job Title: Methods Specialist

Location: Dobbaspet, Bengaluru Rural Dist

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Methods Specialist to join our Precision Component Manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and optimization, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement new methods to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to understand process requirements and constraints.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented methods and make necessary adjustments.
• Train staff on new processes and methodologies.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of process changes.
• Utilize data and analytics to support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process improvement or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

• Proven track record of successful process improvement projects.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Experience with training and development programs.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
