Job Description

- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and optimizing SQL queries for efficient data retrieval
- Responsibilities:SSRS Report Development:Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports based on business requirements
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders
- SQL Querying and Optimization:Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
- Collaborate with database administrators to ensure optimal database performance
- Data Visualization:Utilize SSRS features to present data in a clear and insightful manner
- Work with business analysts to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations
- Performance Tuning:Identify and address performance bottlenecks in SQL queries and SSRS reports
- Optimize database and report performance for enhanced efficiency
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and end-users, to gather reporting requirements
- Collaborate with database administrators and other IT teams to ensure data accuracy and availability
- Documentation:Create and maintain documentation for SSRS reports, including specifications, data mappings, and user guides
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date with changes and enhancements
