Job Description
- Preparing/ Validating the BOQ for Civil and Interior Fit out work.
- Co-ordinating with internal i.e., Finance Team as well as external stakeholders i.e., Third Party Auditor, Vendors etc. for timely Bill Settlement.
- Raising PR (Purchase Requisition) and Raising GRN/SRN in SAP for the materials etc. executed at the site.
- Knowledge of SAP, MIS, etc. is a must.
- Knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point is Must.
- Should have good knowledge of materials and their rates used for Civil and Fit out services.
- Should have experience of Retail, Commercial Projects for Civil and Interior Fit out and sound knowledge of Civil BOQ Specifications.
Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual
