Admission Counsellor

Billabong High International School Hadapsar Pune is looking for Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process
• Conduct informational sessions, campus tours, and individual meetings to provide information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, and student life
• Review and evaluate applications for admission, including transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters
• Assist students with completing application forms, submitting required documents, and understanding admission deadlines
• Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advising, financial aid, and student affairs, to support students through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track their progress from inquiry to enrollment
• Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in college admissions, as well as changes to admission policies and procedures
• Participate in professional development activities and training sessions

Graduate with 3-8 years of experience in school admission counselling
