As a bridge between product and technical teams, you will analyze complex gaming and web systems, recommend solutions, and facilitate project success. The ideal candidate will have experience in gaming or web/e-commerce industries and possess strong analytical skills to optimize business processes and enhance user experiences.

Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst at Bilions, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing gaming platforms and web applications, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive operational efficiency. Your role will be integral in designing solutions that align with business goals while enhancing user engagement in our gaming products and web services.

Key Objectives:

• Ensure clear communication of business requirements across gaming and web development teams.
• Analyze gaming platform data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Support the development of innovative solutions, driving user-centric design and seamless gaming experiences.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize system integrations, driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and Problem-Solving:
• Gather and document business requirements/ user stories related to gaming and web development projects.
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps within gaming platforms or web applications and propose actionable solutions.
• Troubleshoot existing gaming systems and web platforms to enhance overall performance.
2. Solution Design and Implementation:
• Work with stakeholders to design solutions that improve gaming user experiences and optimize web-based services.
• Create functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for gaming-related projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions based on user requirements.
3. Communication and Documentation:
• Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams, ensuring mutual understanding.
• Maintain detailed documentation, ensuring transparency for all gaming and web-related projects.
• Provide regular status reports on ongoing projects and their alignment with business objectives.
4. Data Analysis and Strategy:
• Analyze gaming data to uncover trends and support decision-making for new game features.
• Develop strategies to optimize gaming systems and web services, ensuring business goals are met.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries, providing actionable insights from data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in the gaming or web development industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) and understanding of gaming systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and technical writing, especially for gaming applications or web development projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with gaming platform development, game engines, and web technologies.
• Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams within the gaming/web industry.
