Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Centralised Dealing Desk Head.

- This role is responsible for overseeing the trading operations, managing a team of dealers, and ensuring that client orders are executed efficiently and compliantly.

- This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong leadership, risk management skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with key clients.

- The Dealing Room Head plays a critical role in maintaining the firm's reputation for accurate, timely trade execution and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities:

Activation Goals: Achieve monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts.

Reactivation Goals: Strategically target and re-engage inactive clients.

Client Retention: Meet and exceed client retention targets through exceptional service.

Team Leadership: Reach team performance goals through effective leadership.

Compliance Enforcement: Maintain trading compliance and quality as per company standards.

High-Net-Worth (HNI) Engagement: Actively engage with HNI clients to meet their unique needs.

Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the engagement team to run effective client campaigns.

Innovation in Marketing: Implement and oversee marketing automation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualification:.

Experience: At least 7 years in the industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.

Education: A postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred.

Industry Expertise: Must have a strong background in the stock broking industry.

Certification: NISM Series VIII certification is required.

Communication Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
