Job Description:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients' post-sales.
- Address client inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Trade Settlement and Confirmation:
- Oversee and ensure timely settlement of trades and accurate trade confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (like custodians and clearing houses) to resolve settlement issues promptly.
Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage post-trade risks including settlement, credit, and operational risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline post-sales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce risk and cost.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and analyse post-trade reports for management and clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to post-sales activities.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide training as necessary.
Recruitment of Team members.
- Recruitment of Call & Trade and dealers in terms of performance, Training, Quality and attrition management.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) preferred.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the Broking industry, with a focus on post-sales operations in equity or derivative markets.
- Strong understanding of trade settlement processes, regulations, and market practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
