Hiring For HR Assistant - Payroll & Compliance

Responsibilities

• End to End Management of Payroll for entire company in coordination with finance Team.
• Maintenance Update of the Compensation data.
• Run the Analysis report on the Compensation other Resources & maintain cost sheet department and function wise.
• Query handling and implementation of tools related to comp and payroll.
• Launch various initiatives for the better employee experience towards, Compensations. Employee benefits and claims.
• HR compliance audit of the organisation to ensure it complies with relevant laws and regulations.
• Grievance handling(related to attendance, salary)
• Record maintenance to ensure compliance.
• Monitoring changes to ensure all rules & regulations are being followed properly.
• Reporting to management on the compliance status.
• Compliance advice: HR advises departmental heads on ongoing compliance improvement.
• Hiring all labours wherever & whenever required.
• Monitoring all agents for labours.
• Keeping track and records of Admin, housekeeping agencies & stock.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment for all employees and visitors.
