Khushbu Jewellers is looking for an "HR Cum Payroll Manager" for their Jodhpur Location. A candidate with comprehensive experience in both Human Resources functions and payroll processing, encompassing responsibilities like recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll calculations, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee records, while ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.
Job Title: HR Cum Payroll Manager
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
Manage full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
Conduct performance reviews and employee development planning.
Address employee concerns and grievances, maintaining a positive work environment.
Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
Payroll Processing:
Calculate and process payroll accurately and timely, including overtime, deductions, and statutory payments.
Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS).
Generate payroll reports and summaries for management review.
Manage payroll system, including data entry, updates, and troubleshooting.
Liaise with the accounting department for payroll-related entries.
Compliance:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to all employment standards.
Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and address potential issues.
Maintain accurate documentation for all HR and payroll activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor or masters degree or diploma in HR .
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a combined HR and payroll role, with demonstrated proficiency in payroll processing and HR practices.
Technical Skills:
Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and payroll software applications.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
