Job Description

8+ Years of relevant experience in marketing agency, media, advertising and corporate events

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Head to lead our company's efforts in identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to shape the company's business development strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage key partnerships and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the business development function.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Management:

    • Lead sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new revenue streams.
    • Drive and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Build and manage high-level client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
    • Develop pricing models and negotiate contracts to achieve profitability goals.
  • Market Expansion:

    • Identify and explore opportunities for geographic, product, and service expansion.
    • Develop partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations to enhance business opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and attract new business.
  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align business development goals with company objectives.
    • Set performance goals for the team, track progress, and ensure targets are met.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, opportunities, and results to the executive team.
    • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of business development strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary.
