About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Program Manager to lead and drive initiatives for our Fashion Apparel category. In this role, you will be the bridge between Technology & Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, UI/UX, and Customer Care teams to ensure smooth business operations and a delightful online shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Execution

• Work closely with Tech & Product teams to define and implement new platform features that make shopping easier and more enjoyable.
• Collaborate with Finance & Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, and effective inventory management.
• Partner with the Marketing team to create category-specific campaigns, promotions, and engaging content.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers to improve website navigation, product discovery, and the overall checkout experience.
• Engage with the Customer Care team to develop customer-friendly policies that enhance trust and satisfaction.

2. Business Growth & Performance Management

• Define and track KPIs for the Fashion Apparel category, such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Identify growth opportunities by studying market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Work with Finance to develop accurate forecasting, pricing strategies, and profit margin analysis.
• Ensure that category-related projects and initiatives are executed on time and deliver real impact.

3. Customer-Centric Approach

• Listen to customer feedback and use insights to improve product offerings and shopping experiences.
• Develop and implement policies that build customer trust and loyalty.
• Work with Customer Care to enhance post-purchase support and streamline return processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, category marketing , or in e-commerce/Q-com
• Decent understanding of fashion retail, Indian consumer behaviour, and digital commerce trends.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, UI/UX, and Customer Support.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Analytics, Tableau, Excel) to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of executing business strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in PMP is a plus.
• Technical background will be an added advantage.
