Material Hub Engineer (Technology Application/Demonstration)

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure proper installation of machines in the Biesse Material Hub and maintain the same to deliver demos professionally.
• Maintain the Biesse Material Hub in line with Biesse standards to achieve the best customer experience.
• Welcome the customers to Biesse Material Hub by ensuring the hospitality to create the best impact.
• Plan and deliver demos in Biesse machines by understanding thoroughly the customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical Application Team to ensure the demos meet the requirements of the customers.
• Evaluate the performance of each demo and perform the analysis of the overall demos provided.
• Maintain the raw materials required for Biesse Material Hub.
• Ensure all required support for Marketing and Sales Team during internal and external events.
• Develop training plan for customers and ensure the programs in line with the same.
• Provide the training for new employees, sales, technology applications and employees in the customer care departments based upon the requirements.
• Constantly update the knowledge of Biesse machines, applications and materials used in the machines.
• Provide the required support to technical services and FSEs to resolve the field issues, if any.
• Ensure the Biesse Material Hub operates in line with IMS standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidates with technical graduation in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or electronics.
• Freshers may apply/ Minimum 3 years of experience in Assembly of Machines or FSE role or Testing of Machines is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Very good in communication and presentation in English.
• Ability to speak and communicate in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil & Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality to welcome, interact and build professional rapport with customers.
• Willingness and flexibility to work on machines, provide demos and handle material movement.
• Open to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Good grasping, analytical and interpretation skills.
• Attention to details, aesthetic mindset to maintain the workplace with high standards.
