We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Research & Development Executive who will focus exclusively on designing and developing new robotics projects. The ideal candidate will drive innovation by creating advanced, engaging, and practical robotics projects that align with educational and industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop new robotics projects that cater to STEAM education objectives.
• Research emerging technologies, tools, and trends in robotics to ensure projects are cutting-edge and innovative.
• Prototype and test robotic systems, ensuring functionality, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and refine project ideas.
• Create comprehensive documentation for projects, including technical specifications, assembly guides, and user manuals.
• Develop educational content and tutorials to accompany the projects for seamless integration into learning environments.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing projects based on feedback and technological advancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in working with motors, sensors, and microcontrollers.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Arduino, Python, or C/C++.
• Proficiency in prototyping and working with 3D design and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, TinkerCAD).
