Relationship Manager (Education Sector)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Relationship Manager to visit schools, interact with clients, and gather feedback on the functionality and effectiveness of our Bidyut Innovation Labs. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with schools and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit partner schools regularly to assess how our robotics labs are functioning.
• Engage with school principals, teachers, and staff to take detailed feedback on lab usage and impact.
• Identify areas of improvement and report client concerns to the internal team for resolution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct demonstrations and presentations when required, helping schools maximize their use of Bidyut's technology.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring positive engagement and trust with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to engage confidently with school representatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction
• Customer-focused approach Proactively listen to feedback and provide solutions.
• Presentable and professional demeanor Represent the company in a polished and engaging manner.
• Basic understanding of educational technology and robotics (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to travel locally for school visits.
