Corporate Communications - Manager / Senior Manager

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Communications- Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The corporate communications manager is tasked with providing direction for both internal and external communication efforts to ensure clarity, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• You will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our companys public image and brand reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheading 360-degree marketing strategies and digital campaigns for Real estate Projects.
• Managing content calendar and building the content across a Blog, LinkedIn, Newsletter, Social channels and Website.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and increase brand visibility.
• Follow up with vendors & agencies.
• Managing and guiding all creative agency for content creation, collateral development and campaign management.
• Form an impressive public-facing brand image & handling Awards- International/Domestic.
• Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors/agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective region. Streamlining the vendors and setting up processes that give a proficient output in terms of execution of various marketing activities.
• Cost negotiation with various vendors/agency, contract & agreement management.
• Organize PR-related events & manage PR crises and issues that involve our organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field will be a plus.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Experience in Marketing & Communication, Brand Management, PR, Event Management, International Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Demonstrated ability to manage media relations and secure positive media coverage.
• Strong understanding of digital communication channels and social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
