Analyzing and presenting periodic financial statements & various MIS reports to the Board/Top Management/CO.
To develop and maintain all necessary financial, information systems and procedures in order to ensure the effective and efficient attainment of the firm's objectives.
To ensure that all necessary statements and reports are generated in order to enable the accurate measurement of cash flow, profit and loss, and debtors, etc.
To review new project assignment budgets on a regular basis.
To review the reports.
To periodically review outstanding collections and bank statements.
To recommend any changes necessary to improve the firm's financial performance and financial controls.
To be updated with all developments in financial management that might affect the firm's finances or its statutory obligations.
AUDITS
Smooth functioning of internal audits & statutory audit in order to ensure that firm operations are carried out efficiently and with integrity.
To ensure that agreed recommendations are implemented.
To maintain a close working relationship with the external auditors to ensure compliance and cooperation with their requirements and to provide an effective audit trail.
