The incumbent should be a B. Sc / M.Sc in chemistry or polymer chemistry with 5 to 7 years' marketing experience in polymer industry.

Business development & Sales

1. Develop Marketing Plans, business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for identified customers.

2. To develop new markets and customers.

3. Business forecast & Plans to achieve Pricing, and ensuring Payment Collection.

4. Business negotiation to attain greater contribution margin.

5. Expansion of Business Vertical (By addition of other complementary products)

6. Maintaining the entire supply chain
