Job Description
- Develop and implement the overall L&D strategy for the Bhumi Fellowship program in alignment with its goals and objectives
- Oversee the design and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars tailored to the needs of fellows and people managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external training providers, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the program\u2019s training offerings.
- Collaborate with facilitators and external trainers to provide high-quality, engaging, and impactful training experiences.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and competencies among fellows and staff.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Educational Degree : Any graduate, postgraduate or fellowship (Degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred)
- Relevant Experience(in years) : Proven experience in designing and managing L&D programs, preferably within the social sector or nonprofit organizations.
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Strong understanding of people development
- Ability to design and implement adult learning spaces
- Facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs assessments and develop targeted interventions
- Experience in collaborating with external partners and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure training impact.
- Passion for education, leadership development, and creating a meaningful impact.
- Strong understanding of people development
