Patient Relation Executive

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient needs: Answer questions, address concerns, and resolve complaints
• Coordinate with departments: Ensure patients receive the services they need and that departments work together
• Document patient information: Maintain patient records and ensure forms are complete and accurate
• Conduct surveys: Collect feedback from patients to improve the patient experience
• Handle patient issues: Escalate issues to the appropriate person or department
• Create a patient-friendly environment: Ensure patients are comfortable and satisfied
• Assist with patient transactions: Help patients book appointments, tests, or consultations
