557986Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Verify and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other expenses.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Monitor and manage loan disbursements, repayments, and interest calculations.
• Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and financial guidelines.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Work on accounting software (e.g., TallyPrime, Tally ERP) for bookkeeping and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the NBFC/CA firm sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software like TallyPrime.
• Good understanding of loan accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
