Lead \/ Senior Associate \u2013 Research & Investments

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for driving and leading in-depth research and analysis for BHIVE Capital. Areas of research and analysis include real estate investment platforms, conducting competitor / industry benchmarking, and gathering industry intelligence to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves active participation in fundraising initiatives via various instruments including an IPO transaction and various real estate transactions.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in investment banking or research and offers the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of real estate, investments and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research on real estate investment platforms, identifying market trends and opportunities.
• Perform competitor benchmarking and provide actionable insights on industry developments.
• Support in structuring and executing fundraising activities, including asset leasing, debentures, equity, syndication for real estate transactions, Small & Medium REITs, AIFs etc.
• Develop detailed business plans and frameworks for SM REITs and AIFs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, financial models, and investment memos for senior management and investors.
• As and when required, leading fund raise efforts including independently Interacting with investors and industry counterparts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from a reputed institute.
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, financial research, or related fields with a strong focus on real estate.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of real estate markets, REITs, and AIF structures.
• Expertise in fundraising strategies and execution.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to real estate investments.
