Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Group Management:
• Monitor activity across all internal WhatsApp groups.
• Ensure adherence to group guidelines and organizational standards.
• Approve and add new members to the groups as per company policy.
2. Content Moderation:
• Regularly review posts and messages for relevance, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Address and resolve inappropriate messages, spam, or conflicts promptly.
3. Information Dissemination:
• Share official announcements, updates, and important communications from the management.
• Organize and archive essential messages for future reference.
4. Engagement and Support:
• Encourage positive interactions among members.
• Respond to member queries and direct unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared within groups.
• Provide periodic activity and engagement reports to management.
• Ensure group activities comply with Bhima Jewellers communication policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in managing or moderating online communities, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Strong communication skills in English .
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp features (broadcast lists, group settings, etc.).
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
