Deputy Manager -Commercial

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for submission of offers for supply of parts, Repairs, Services including CM&U proposals & Fuel Conversion Projects in the assigned region.
• Able to coordinate with both promoters and internal teams for on time submission of proposals to customers.
• Articulate proposals to meet organizational targets on Price and Margin w/o compromising on key terms and conditions.
• Able to run Risk review process before releasing the proposals.
• Extending supports in preparing long term Annual Rate contracts finalization with customers.
• Maintaining LPR/LPO details of customers in the assigned region.
• Responsible for resolving all techno-commercial issues related to quote process with support from internal and external teams.
• Well aware of MS Office, web based tools. ERP experience preferred
• Responsible for Quote and Order Tracking, Analysis, Evaluations.
• Responsible for order conversion in the system and placement of orders on promotors.
• Responsible for alignment of price and other T&Cs with promotors before communicating with region/customer.
• Handing over of orders to execution teams with full back up.
• Maintaining the data base of assigned region

Qualifications / Requirements

• A bachelors degree in engineering preferably in Mechanical
• 6-10 years commercial experience in the relevant area.
• Customer Centric approach/mindset
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability and adept at communicating with all levels of the organization
• Effective team contributor and member
• Knowledge of ERP
• Effective and efficient order fulfillment skill to meet the desired results in terms of customer service, cost to serve, responsiveness, order accuracy.
