Job Description

As a Refurbished Laptop Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of refurbished laptops, offering exceptional customer service, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also be expected to meet sales targets, manage sales activities, and keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities for refurbished laptops and drive sales across your assigned region (Delhi, Chennai, Gujarat).
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities in the refurbished laptop segment.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understand the technical specifications and features of refurbished laptops and communicate these effectively to customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing any queries or issues related to products.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT hardware, laptop parts, or refurbished laptop industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of laptops, refurbished laptops, and their technical specifications.
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales with excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and closing abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both individually and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional Skills: Experience in the IT or e-waste industry will be an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and solve problems efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in local languages spoken in your assigned location (Delhi, Chennai, or Gujarat).
