Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and sourcing candidates to ensure the company hires top talent. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with preparing and extending job offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the recruitment team in posting job openings, tracking applications, and other administrative tasks.
• Stay updated on current hiring trends and recruitment strategies to continually improve the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure effective communication and understanding of staffing requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude, with a passion for recruitment and helping others succeed.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
