Qualifications: MBA from a Tier-I institute (e.g., IIM A/B/C/I/L, ISB) with a stellar academic record.

Experience:

- 5+ years in strategy, operations, or consulting roles (Big 4, top-tier firms), or in leadership roles in start-ups (early to scale-up stages).

- Experience in PMO role is highly desirable.

In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership across India and the US to orchestrate strategic initiatives, design and implement impactful projects, and ensure seamless alignment with our vision.

- Act as the trusted advisor to leadership, translating organizational goals into clear and actionable strategies.

- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and threats.

Lead High-Stakes Programs:

- Take ownership of mission-critical projects and programs, managing them from ideation to execution.

- Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and with measurable impact, driving alignment with NAV's objectives.

- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across geographies.

- Act as a connector, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment across diverse teams.
