We are seeking a skilled HR cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage both HR and accounting functions, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, benefits administration, financial record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will also handle employee relations, recruitment, and support in preparing financial reports, maintaining accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring accurate financial data entry. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. A background in both HR and accounting is essential.
**Designation: HR cum Accountant**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and payroll processing.
- Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Administer employee benefits, track attendance, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
**Experience & Skills Required:**
- **Proficient in Excel:** Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial calculations.
- **Basic Tally or Busy Software:** Familiarity with Tally or Busy software for managing accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and invoicing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between departments and handle employee inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
