Solution Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Be responsible for customer requirement documentation, scope, definition and crafting end-end solution, Creating solution proposals.
• Funnel building for new solutions /use cases/ architecture for Industry 4.0 verticals.
• Lead discussions with internal cross functional teams like network planning for RAN, Transmission and core, OEM teams, partners and external customers (across industries).
• Develop a technical and commercial proposal based on customer requirements and inputs received from Products/BSG/Sales/other cross functional teams.
• Conduct in-depth technical discussions with customer and customers partners on use case understanding.
• Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions.
• Deliver customer presentations on technical solution & product.
• Guide and advise customer on relevant technology choices.
• Provide product improvement and roadmap recommendations to Business & Network team.
• Deliver results & meet customer expectations as per agreed SLA.
• Deliver trainings, knowledge transfers sessions, create strong solution documentation, dashboards and information sharing.
• Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence building.
• Work in a team environment with excellent collaboration and support.
• Identify and develop Use case & partners, Build new solutions/use-case based on customer needs.
• Piloting POC, new products/solutions within stipulated time.
• Support deployment of solution.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Understanding on Radio technology LTE & 5G.
2. 3GPP release.
3. Radio design & solutioning.
4. Hands-on experience with working on 4G/5G RAN and Packet core of global OEMs like Ericsson & Nokia.
5. Understanding & deep knowledge of 4G & 5G call flow.
6. IP networking, L2/L3 network management, MPLS, security and IPv4/IPv6 management.
7. Must have significant experience of designing/deploying Private network solutions.
