Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify, engage, and screen candidates for various roles, particularly in sales, using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements and keep them updated on sourcing progress.
• Tracker Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and manage recruitment data.
• Offer-to-Joining Coordination: Oversee the offer process, facilitate salary negotiations, and ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally with a focus on sales roles.
• Skills: Proficient in sourcing tools, ATS, interview scheduling, and stakeholder management. Strong communication and organizational skills.
