About the role:

- This position is within the Airtel Finance business division under Airtel Digital Limited.

- Airtel Finance is bringing new age digital financial products to Airtel customers and is looking for individuals with entrepreneurial mindset, who love to lead from front.

- Airtel Finance wants to solve financial needs for its customers across all financial areas - Lending, Investment and Insurance. Airtel Finance was started with launch of Personal loans and co-branded credit card with Axis Bank and is now venturing into Investments, Insurance and other lending products.

- We are looking for future leaders who can lead the partnerships for all the products of Airtel Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Airtel Finance as the preferred destination for partnerships of financial products

- Managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners

- Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration

- Identifying and negotiating deals with new partners

- Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals

- Think out of box to create new financial services products with partners

- Work cross functionally with product, analytics, data sciences and central operations teams for partner engagement

Must haves:

- Strong business acumen in financial services such as lending, insurance, investments sector.

- Networking and relationship-building skills

- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals

- Experience building across organisations programs in financial services sector

- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities

- Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance and legal issues that may arise in partnerships

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive partnership initiatives.

- Strong understanding of the industry and market the company operates in.
