Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Life cycle management of b2b customers by maintaining relationship with corporate.
• Customer Engagement initiatives /Delight activities through corporate gifting, Movie shows, coffee session with key persons.
• Responsible for collection, Bad debt and Churn.
• Generating the sales lead with relationship in corporates getting the same to closure through Sales.
• Conducting Sales and Service camps at Key accounts.
• Understanding needs of the customer account wise, proposing them best value plans, which help in proactive retention by keeping profitability of the company.
• Increasing the paperless Penetration in corporates, by converting them to CD/ ebill.
• Reducing customer churn by win-back in Voluntary cases and recovering the money and resolving the customer issue if any in in-voluntary cases.
• VAS upselling like corporate jingles, International roaming packs, 2G/3G packs, blackberry services.
• Co-coordinating with cross functional teams for quick resolution of customer query/complaint.
• Resolving the customer queries within the SLA.
