Purpose of the Job:

Spearhead proliferation and planning of network usage for Airtel Broadband business in different resident/ builder associations across the circle.

What will you do?

  • Identify potential resident/ builder associations for new rollout of network across the circle
  • Create capacity of broadband services thru local tie-ups with builders, estate managers, RWAs etc.
  • Execute strategy and drive own and cross functional teams for network expansion
  • To liaise effectively with RWAs/ Builders in order to create/maintain successful working relationships and establish Airtel Ambassadors across resident/ builder associations
  • Solve for any roadblocks that might arise in any of the above stages
  • Create synergies with acquisition teams to execute sales strategies and is responsible for generating concentrated sales post rollout
  • Responsible for engagement of driving building permission executives and drive their productivity

Qualification & Experience

  • Must Have: 3-5 years of experience ( Preferable B2B Experience )
  • Must Have: Graduation Min Qualification
  • Good to Have: MBA (Marketing)
