Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team at Bharathi Construction. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our real estate projects and generating leads through effective communication with potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Bharathi Construction s projects.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, including inquiries received via phone, email, and website.
- Provide detailed information about our projects, including features, amenities, pricing, and available units, to potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable properties that meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating site visits for interested customers.
- Achieve monthly site visit targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Uphold the company s reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
- Prior knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor s degree in any field.
