The Manager Programs CSR will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing multiple CSR projects across various domains such as education, health, livelihoods, and other generic CSR initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social impact and a strong understanding of CSR regulations and practices. The Manager will lead program execution, stakeholder engagement, and ensure that all projects align with the organizations mission and objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Program Management:
Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of CSR programs in education, health, livelihoods, and other relevant domains.
Ensure alignment of all programs with the organization s strategic goals and CSR policies.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and impact assessment.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including corporate partners, government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
Engage with beneficiaries to understand their needs and ensure that programs are effectively addressing community challenges.
Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and CSR forums.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation:
Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and impact.
Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes, challenges, and successes to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing program efficiency and impact.
4. Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor program teams, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to achieve program objectives.
Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment within the team.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan for upcoming activities.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all CSR regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and reports as required by regulatory bodies and corporate partners.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the CSR sector and incorporate relevant insights into program strategies.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
A Master s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Health, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing CSR programs, preferably in education, health, livelihoods, or similar domains.
Strong understanding of CSR regulations, frameworks, and best practices.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, program design, and implementation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
