Communication and Training:

Develop and execute communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives and engage employees and external stakeholders.
Create educational materials and deliver training programs to enhance understanding and participation in CSR activities.
Coordinate CSR campaigns and events to raise awareness and drive engagement.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Master s degree in Social work, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, CSR, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a related field is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing successful CSR programs.
Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of CSR initiatives.Strong strategic planning and project management skills
Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives using relevant metrics.
Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus
