Job Description
- Responsible for waste pickup from customers as per instructions of Logistics Manager daily
- Coordinate with the client to avoid any delays, holdings, and associated losses
- Ensure all dispatch and paper formalities are done as per rules, on-time, accurately, and completely
- Develop effective relationships and communicate timely and effectively with internal managers to provide the best experience to our customers
- Develop and maintain daily work schedules, adjusting resource allocations as required
- Provide real-time support for all driver and customer activities
- Daily review of driver paperwork, data input, and data flow for transport-related systems and processes
- Resolve any customer concerns in a friendly, courteous manner
- Partner with and provide high-quality advice to clients on transportation matters, identifying innovative solutions to their issues
