- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies for air and ocean freight services, considering market conditions, customer requirements, and profitability goals. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to formulate effective pricing strategies.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis to determine the cost components associated with air and ocean freight services. Evaluate factors such as transportation costs, fuel prices, customs duties, insurance, and other relevant expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable rates with service providers.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies, services, and market positioning. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities. Adjust pricing strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness while maximizing profitability.
- Customer Pricing Proposals: Prepare and present pricing proposals to customers based on their specific requirements and shipment characteristics. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand customer needs and develop customized pricing solutions. Provide competitive and value-added pricing options to secure business opportunities.
