Accounts And Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of GST.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including TDS, GST, MCA, and IT regulations.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
• Implement financial controls and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
• Manage the entire accounts division and review their performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CMA and CA qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting management role.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
