Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and validate design drawings for accuracy.
2. Coordinate with Manager for clarifications and Request for Information (RFI).
3. Record and report on design changes and associated impacts.
4. Manage and maintain structural drawings and related documents.
5. Plan and order materials in collaboration with Manager and QS engineer.
6. Direct and oversee material storage and usage.
7. Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
8. Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely rectifications.
9. Prepare and review daily activity plans.
10. Manage team performance, training, and development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
