Engineer / Senior Engineer

Join a dynamic and fast-growing Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company! We are hiring for the following positions. All roles require 512 years of experience with hands-on expertise in SMT (Surface Mount Technology).

1. Pick & Place Engineer

• Responsibilities:
• Set up and program Pick & Place machines for PCB assembly.
• Optimize machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality assembly.
• Skills: Proficiency in SMT processes, component placement, and equipment programming.

2. Industrial Engineer

• Responsibilities:
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct time and motion studies, layout designs, and process improvements.
• Support production planning and capacity utilization.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing, Lean methodologies, and process engineering tools.

3. Printer / SPI / Stencil Design - Process Engineer

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize stencil designs for SMT solder printing.
• Operate and troubleshoot SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) systems.
• Improve printing quality and address process-related challenges.
• Skills: Expertise in stencil design, SPI programming, and SMT solder printing.

4. BOM / ECN Management

• Responsibilities:
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
• Ensure accurate documentation and version control.
• Coordinate changes with design and production teams.
• Skills: Proficiency in BOM/ECN tools, SMT knowledge, and ERP systems.

5.SUSE / FUSE / Packing Development Engineer

• Responsibilities:
• Design and develop packaging solutions for electronic products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and product safety.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production for packaging materials.
• Skills: Expertise in SUSE/FUSE processes, SMT packing, and logistics.

6.AOI / AXI Programmer

• Responsibilities:
• Program and operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and X-ray Inspection (AXI) machines.
• Identify and resolve PCB assembly defects.
• Maintain inspection standards and optimize inspection processes.
• Skills: Experience with AOI/AXI programming, SMT assembly knowledge, and defect analysis.
