Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: Sales Manager/Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive growth for our eCommerce business, specifically in the food delivery (fish delivery) and education service sectors. The role will involve generating leads, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for creating value in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development for Food Delivery Application

  1. Identify and onboard fish suppliers, vendors, and local markets to partner with our platform.
  2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality assurance.

Business Development for Education Services

  1. Sell online education packages, subscriptions, or custom solutions to clients.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
  3. Build relationships with educators, trainers, and stakeholders for content collaboration or onboarding.

General Sales Activities

  1. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  2. Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  3. Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  4. Maintain a CRM to track sales activities, client interactions, and deal closures.
  5. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Market research and analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Any Graduate
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in eCommerce or business development roles.
